Build Quality characteristics:

1) For the frame we use Low Phthalate plasticiser, medical grade virgin PVC.

2) For the lens we use virgin PC which has an extra plastic film on it on the outside to protect it from
scratches in transport. You have to remove the film before use.

3) Our lens has scratch resistance and fog resistance.

4) We are CE and ISO certified and the model is EN166 certified.

5) The adjustable band we use is made from woven polyester with rubber inside for elasticity.

6) Our model is packed into sealed plastic bags by employees who strictly follow all social distancing rules wearing masks, gloves and safety goggles. All our worker undergoes daily temperature checks.
     

Type of model comparison:

The model we have has indirect venting not direct venting.

1) For protection from COVID-19 you must have indirect venting as it prevents droplets entering the goggles.

2) Direct venting requires less assembly and has fewer parts to be moulded so it is cheaper compared to our model with indirect venting.
